excellent location various options efficient service
I enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent. Breakfast had various options, (I loved it). The staff provided quick and efficient service.
The stairs are quite steep, without an elevator.

A reasonable stay
great location complimentary happy hour steep stairs frosting privacy
The location of the hotel was great. It was very close to a metro stop. There was also a complimentary happy hour between 4pm and 6pm each day. That included free drinks!
The stairs to the rooms were steep. Guests must be able to navigate them. The bathroom glass wall in my room needed more frosting. This was to provide privacy while in use. That was not ideal.

stale crackers expensive parking
The happy hour was a complete joke. The snacks were stale crackers. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the room was small and stuffy. The promised canal view was mostly a view of a brick wall. it did not make up for the lack of space or air conditioning.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
peeling wallpaper missing remote
The location was acceptable and allowed for easy exploration.
I was VERY disappointed. The room had peeling wallpaper. The furniture was damaged, and there were coffee drips on the table. The tv remote was missing and the WiFi did NOT work.

great hotel stay
helpful staff room view good location outside area
i enjoyed the hotel staff were friendly and helpful i opted for a beautiful double room canal view the room had a good view of the canal there was a safe in the room. the hotel is close to public transport trams are within walking distance to the van gogh museum. the hotel provided drinks and snacks each afternoon there was an outside area beside the canal to sit and have drinks.
the stairs were quite steep getting luggage up them was a bit difficult

the breakfast included more than just continental options omelets were prepared based on guest requests breakfast room seating extends to an outside area alongside the canal this area made the complimentary happy hour better.

the hotel provides a happy hour from 4-6 drinks and snacks were provided the hotel is near a metro stop and trams a supermarket is a short walk away from the facilities.

the hotel staff were helpful and always available luggage assistance to the rooms happened quickly staff responded quickly to requests i received prompt assistance with directions and recommendations.
